Daniel’s Timeline – Part 3
Part 3 – Jubilee Years
You shall then sound a ram’s horn to pass through on the tenth day of the seventh month, on the Day of Atonement cause a ram’s horn to pass through all your land. And you shall set the fiftieth year apart, and proclaim release throughout all the land to all its inhabitants, it is a Jubilee for you. And each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you return to his clan.
[Wayyiqra/Leviticus 25:9-10]
From this passage, we see the following:
- the Jubilee year begins on a Yom Kippur
- debts are forgiven and counted paid
- the trumpet sounds through all the land
- rejoicing and celebrating starts
Messiah’s return will bring the Jubilee. It is “the times of restoration” (Acts 3:21 ) when He returns. Interestingly, when Moses (a type of messiah) descended Mt. Sinai the first time with the tablets, the people did not receive him (as Y’shua was not received). After another 40 days on the Mt., the second time Moses descended he was received (Shemot/Exodus 34:29). This was five days prior to the building of the Mishkan/Tabernacle. He descended on the 10th of Tishri, Yom Kippur.
6,000 years is a total of 120 Jubilee years. In Genesis, scripture states;
And יהוה said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever in his going astray. He is flesh, and his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
[Bereshith/Genesis 6:3]
We are told that man’s days shall be 120 years upon the earth. 120 Jubilee years coincides and confirms man’s time of 6 millennial days.
From Adam to Abraham = 40 Jubilees
From Abraham to Messiah’s first coming = 40 Jubilees
From Messiah’s first coming to Messiah’s second coming = 40 Jubilees
Consider the significance of 40;
- Israel in Egypt 400 years (40 x 10)
- Moses disappearing, then reappearing after 40 years
- Moses acceptance of the people after and additional 40 days
- Israel in the wilderness, then brought into the Promised Land after 40 years
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not yet been done…
[Yeshayahu 46:10a]
In 1967, Israel gained possession of Jerusalem in a war that took exactly 6 days. Was this a prophetic blueprint to remind us of the 6 day creation week which culminates with the Sabbath and the 6,000 years of man which culminates with the Millennial Reign? The result of this war was a reunited capital for the nation of Israel . It was a time of release and great joy for the Jewish people. Although modern-day rabbinical Judaism has its own reckoning for the years of Jubilee, does יהוה have His own reckoning? Was 1967 a true year of Jubilee? If so, there should be a pattern in history to confirm this.
50 years earlier, a Jubilee event took place when in 1917, the 400 year Islamic Ottoman Empire came to an end.
And exactly 50 years before that, in the year 1867, there was a final emancipation for all Jews of Austria and Hungary .
Extrapolating this pattern backwards in time, we find that the year that Alexander the Great conquered the Medes and Persians was also one of these 50th years. It was the year 333 BC when a liberation came to the Jewish people with the overthrowing of the Medes and Persians.
With this confirmation, we conclude that the 120th Jubilee of mankind will be 50 years forward of the year 1967, which again brings us to the year 2017.
In a court of law, evidence is presented and a verdict is rendered. When facts continue to collaborate with mounting evidence, one does not throw the case out for any single piece of evidence that seems to contradict the mountain of established facts. Here is what we have so far;
1. We are obviously in or near the 7th Millennium
2. 6,000 years (6 millennial days) from Adam to Present
3. 120 Jubilees equals 6,000 years
4. The next Jubilee is the 120th (the number of man’s [Jubilee] years upon

Forgive me rabbi I did not wish to sound impertinent in my last communications with you. I understand now that you are very learned man and that you are in Virginia, is that correct? My family came from Virgina when it was yet a colony their having been in Ireland and Wales they were of Irish-Scotch descent. John Lewis who is well known the area as one of the first settlers in Augusta County before it was actually known as Augusta is believed to have first settled in Pennsylvania.
You are most correct in that if we divide 6,000 years by the number 50 (which) was the Jubilee years we will have the number 120. It is true again that this is no accident. With Him there are no accidents or coincidents.
May I beg your indulgence for just a moment? If we consider the Israelites came into the land in the year 2488 and that tradition tells us that it was seven years of conquering of the land and another seven in apportionment (14 Total) this then would have been the year 2502. I said this was tradition and this is so but I can also show where this is confirmed by scripture.
If I can prove then that 2502 started the Jubilee cycle once the Israelites were in the land then we should be able to confirm every Jubilee thereafter with no problem.
Now we are solid in agreement that there is a 6,000 year or 6 day period involved with the time coming after being The Day of Rest the 7000th or Shabbat!
However, we are to understand that this time period much be cut short and were it not there would have been no flesh left. So we are looking for a time period that fits all of the information within the scriptures I believe we can agree.
Let me do what I should have done in the beginning….to introduce myself. I am Jim Lewis the elder of the congregation Tikvah b’Yeshua in Central Arkansas. I am a former Criminal Investigator and Captain of the Division. I was born in 1948 and am the same age as the re-born State of Israel. I have no formal training in the Scriptures. I use no title before or after my name though I have been to many colleges for specialize as well as required classes. What I am saying is that you are much better trained than I am in these area of understanding and so I want you to know that I will never say that you are wrong I only suggest that you look at the information that I present to you if you have the time.
That being said I am very glad to see your work. It seems these days that there are so many who cover parts of the subject but where they get their information sometimes puzzles me? Many time-lines are developed and in most cases because the writer cannot find part of the information he usually has some reason like this part was lost to the Jews while in Babylonian captivity or some other excuse.
Having studied this subject for many years it is the love of my life. Well The HOLY ONE and His Messiah and My Master are first on my list and my beloved wife of 32 years is next in line. She would tell you were to ask her that this is all that I do, but then I do work part-time when I am not studying and I do have sheep to attend too both the animal kind and the flock here at the congregation.
Sometime ago I read the book by Mitchel First, Titled JEWISH HISTORY IN CONFLICT. A Study of the major discrepancy between Rabbinic and Conventional Chronology. He does a masterful work and I only wish I could write and carry a thought as well!
If you have not read this book I highly recommend it. I had prior to reading this book for many years completed 6000 years of history of charts. First on paper and later as I acquired a computer I began to build charts and then as computers and programs change and as my knowledge of the scriptures and the Hebrew language also changed I would do new charts. I am telling you this because I finally reconciled the differences between the Julian vs Gregorian and Hillel II’s calendars.
In Mr. First’s book he states that most scholars believe there is between 165 and 210 years missing from the Hebrew calendar. What I found is that there is exactly 163 years on the Hebrew side and 164 on the Gregorian side. Once this information was located and then confirmed by many factors both scriptural and mathematical I was able then to go back and put all of the facts from the scriptures in this time-line and amazingly they all fit like a glove.
Your numbers and the information that you have given are the closest to any that I have seen and thus my interest. For instance you use the date 333 BCE for Alexander The Great. Do you know how many folks use 334 BCE? This is a very important date in history and one that connects the vision in Daniel 8. to the very year 1967 AD and the recovery of the sanctuary. As I read it in the Hebrew instead of the English which says the sanctuary shall be cleansed…..I read it shall be made right. So how do we make something right in the eastern Hebrew mindset? We put it back in the hands of the rightful owners and this is exactly what was done in 1967 exactly 2300 years to the month and day of the date of Alexander and Darius coming together in battle.
Instead of the 120th Jubilee from Creation the very next Jubilee is the 69th since the Israelites came into the land…..that is the year 5952 or 2028 A.D.
You are correct that 2017 is important as it is one of the dates to be considered for the last Generation mentioned in Ps.90:10 where we are told that this last generation will be 70 years except by strength 80. We must remember that our strength cometh from the LORD therefore the 80th will not be reached without His help and aid.
But consider this for I know you already have to some extent for I can see from some of your writings. The Flood was in 1656 and ended in 1657 and that year ended in 1658. So why do I mention these three numbers? Well I wish you to see the patterns involved. 2016…..2017……2018. Now you understand 2017 relating to Nov. 29, 1947 with UN resolution 181. and in fact if we considered the declaration of independence of Israel as a reborn State on May 14, 1948 we can then see the 2018 as 70 years from that date. So what is the 2016? It is the year before 2017 naturally but more than this it is a date related to several pieces of information.
On the calendar time-line that I have developed from the scriptures 2016 is the year 5938 and as such it is then exactly 2600 years from the date the First Temple was destroyed in 3338 which also is correctly written with the conventional date of 586 BCE. Yes 3338 is not 422 as noted in seder olam and on the Hillel II calendar but 586 BCE. Now only this but it was masterfully done in such a way as all of the numbers were left in their original order.(Long Story). The Talmud hints at this information when it says that from the days that the books of genealogies were hidden the eyes of the sages have been dimmed! Sorry I am not giving all the proofs and cites and scripture vs at this time I am trying to shorten what I am trying to say as much as possible and I hope at some point to speak to you personally and give you all of what I have in hope that you and others will be able to pray about this matter and ask The HOLY ONE what He wishes done with it?
We are told in the book of Daniel that this information would be known at the end and I believe I have enough proof to go to the Supreme Court with and win hands down. I used to train lawyers green out of law school how to try cases and so I know a little of going to court. I have worked in many areas of law enforcement as well as in training and every other field that you can imagine. I have worked in the different courts and also with the State legislature in drafting the first drug Paraphenalia law for the State of Arkansas….even though they watered it down from what I originally wanted.
A year or so ago now an many more like two or three I cannot remember for sure I did a study about what makes a blood red moon. I went to NASA and I asked and then studied this subject and learned that it takes a Total Lunar eclipse along with ash, smoke or dust thrown into the atmosphere and the more of these elements given certain condition the more of a reddish color the moon can be. Since the book of Joel, Acts, and Revelation speak specifically about these preceding the Day of The LORD then I wish to know if something like natural phenomenon might be something worthy of researching. Well it seems we have had lots of Total Lunar eclipses and lots of occasions where there were red colored moons. So what could make these of such a nature that those who follow the Way would recognize them as signs in the heaven? What if there were four of them together or a tetrad as they are called. Well these too are rare but then they are also not something that we can somehow connect with scripture.
But what if these four were connected with The HOLY Days? First we look at the number 4 and see it is connect from the first sentence of Genesis all the way to the scattering of Israel and then the gathering of the elect in the book of Revelations. Now sometime before Rabbi Mark Biltz the pastor of El Shaddai Ministris in Bonner Lake, Washington when on J.R.Church’s program and made this information public I had already spoken of it to my congregation. So I was quite surprised when I saw his program. It matters now who was first with the information I only mention it because I had not yet the answer to prayer as to what to do and how to go about speaking of this outside of the congregations in Central Arkansas.
Now these are to happen in the year 2014-2015 right before 2016. I said 2600 years earlier it was from 2016 back to the destruction of the First Temple. 26 is the Gematria of The HOLY NAME as you know. What I have discovered is so many examples of what I term Laws, Orders, and Patterns, that once they are seen they are hard to refute.
I don’t know if I mentioned these things to you in my first post or not but to emphasis what I am speaking of let us consider the birth of Isaac the seed in the year 2048 and the number from Daniel 12:11 (1290 days). If I consider these years, which they are and can be proved that they are then I can also see how this number 1290 is used in another pattern as well. For if I add 1290 year to 2048 the birth of the seed we see the destruction of the First Temple and the exile of Judah exactly 136 years after the northern tribes were exiled. (2048 + 1290 – 3338 the year of the destruction of the first temple).
We read about a period of 10 days in the book or Revelations. Is it possible that this 10 days is then 10 years? Remember Ps. 90:10 relates a period of 70 years and 80 by strength or 10 years difference. Would you believe on the chart that the last number given Daniel the number 1335 is also years and it ends at the year 5952 which is 2028 the Jubilee and that it is also the 80th year since they declared independence but if you begin a count of 70 years in cycles from the time they entered the land in 2488 then the 49th cycle of 70 ends in the year 5817 and after this there is half a cycle of 70 or 35 years which then ends at the year 5952.
This 1335 year or the 35th of this 70 year cycle and the 80th since the rebirth is also the Jubilee.
There are so many patterns within the numbers that I could never show them all to you in several days time. I wish to now what The HOLY ONE wants me to do with them, but as yet I feel only that I need to mentioned them to you and that somehow you are connected to this. You are a respected scholar and I am not Jewish by birth. I an not a scholar or one that has been schooled in such things, but I do understand much Hebrew having been self taught. I also am pretty good at math and have friends who are math professors. Most important to me is this is my love. I do not want to write a book and sell it. I do not believe this information belongs to me to sell. So how do we get the word out with regard to all of this. I see you using this forum and I know that some will read it but this too is limited. Is this what The HOLY ONE wishes for it to be limited or widely known? This has been and will remain my prayer!
Some of the other patterns concerning math in the scriptures. We have to ask ourselves why did The HOLY ONE use certain number? He could use any numbers He wished. But the numbers He choose had special significance.
For instance the 8 at the end of each of the men’s birth years like Seth who was born in 1558 and his son who was born in 1658 and Abram born in 1948 and Isaac born in 2048 and Jacob born in 2108 and the Israelites coming out of Egypt in 2448 and coming into the land in 2488 and 480 years after the Exodus Solomon starts to build the Temple in 2948 in his 4th year of reign (why did The HOLY ONE choose the 4th year of Solomon’s reign to start the Temple?) Why did He choose the 4th command to tell us about the sign of the 7th day Sabbath? Why do we see this 7 and 4 combination in the 1st verse of Genesis with 7 words and 28 letters(7X4=28)? What was created The Heavens and The Earth. What is the number of the earth (4). What is the number of the Heavens (7). These 28 letters then total gematria is 2701 which is the 73rd Triangular number.(37 X 73 = 2701). Why was Isaac 37 when He was offered up? Why was Massada in the year 73 A.D.? Why did he use the number 153 in
John 21:11? Because it is the 17th Triangular number. What is the number 17 in Hebrew? It is the word Tov (Good). Why did The Master tell them to throw their nets on the Right side of the boat? The Right side was the side of the sheep the left was the goats. He Himself sits on the right hand! Looking East in Israel Judah is in the South and is mentioned so in scripture but if we are looking East out of the Temple’s Golden Gate the right is on the south.
Why is Judah mentioned in the east of the Tabernacle and Ephraim in the West. Judah was number 4 in birth order. Why did Joshua of the tribe of Ephraim lead the people into the land the first time? Why was it then so important for us to be told in the book Zechariah that it would be the tents of Judah saved first? Did not the Northern Tribes represented by Ephraim go into captivity first? and did not Judah go into captivity last? Shall the first be last and the last be first? Then the tents or dwelling places of Judah have been saved first and those of Ephraim will be last as He sends His angels to gather them at this coming. Why is it mentioned that Israel was chosen as the least and the promise was that they were to be as the sand of the sea and stars of the heaven. From least to greatest. Is not the word Israel an example as it begins with the least of the Hebrew letters and ends with the largest? Are we not told to humble ourselves and He will exalt us if we are worthy but that if we exalt ourselves He will humble us?
These laws and principles and orders and patterns….numbers and letters….dates of birth and happenings all have to be in a specific order…..TOV! The number 17 which when reduced to its lowest form or digit is the (1+7=8). The sign of the covenant. The number on board the Ark. The day of circumcision. The last day that which follows the 7th of Tabernacles. Even the 8,000 year or 8th day that will follow the Millennial reign.
Even in our time the cycles are obvious. Starting with Herzl in 1897 and breaking the 50 year cycle into two cycles one of 20 and one of 30 as was done in the scriptures in Ezekiel and also 1King 8,9 with Solomon. 1897 + 20 = 1917 + 30 = 1947 + 20 = 1967 + 30 = 1997 + 20 = 2017 and again you have your 120 year period.
What happened in 1967 and 1997? In both cases they were given something that had belonged to them and they gave it back! 1967 was the Temple mount and 1997 was Hebron and the Cave of Machpelah!
Why did He tell us when they came back into the land they would build the old waste places? Why are some of the old waste places mentioned in prophecy? For instance Tamar in Ezekiel 47 and 48. If they did now know where it was at then how can it be said that the river will run all the way into the desert to Tamar? Yet since 1992 we know where Tamar is….I helped move all of the houses off the ‘tell’ and starting the digging for this city myself in 1992. Why is it mentioned in direct connection to the Temple mount? Remember the waters start at the RIGHT side of the gate of the Temple and go to the dead sea giving life to it and flowing all the way to Tamar. Could it be that Solomon built both cities? Could there be even more to it than that?
Well as you can see I am full of questions. As a Criminal Investigator who trained many other investigators I was always big on asking questions. One of the things I always told the men and women who came through my classes or worked for me was that if we want to know the truth of any matter we must first be willing to go back to the beginning and work our way forward. As an elder of Tikvah b’Yeshua I have always told my brothers and sisters the same things.
Well it goes without saying I would love to meet you and sit down at your feet and discuss these matter at some point but you are in Virgina and I am in Arkansas. Well that should be no problem for The ONE who owns the cattle on a Thousand Hills. Ps 50:10
